Speaker: Wayne Thornton, medical market business development manager in elastomers for GLS, a PolyOne Company, will be speaking at the September meeting. Wayne is a 30 year veteran of our industry working in areas of injection molding, extrusion and blow molding. His disciplines include R&D, product design/development, manufacturing and sales & marketing. He will be discussing the ever-changing healthcare and medical market segments as it pertains to the plastics industry. He has a vast knowledge of the chemical make up and regulatory requirements involved in this very interesting technology space. Please come prepared for a very engaging talk.
